We've tried to make our properties as accessible as possible and to provide you with the right information to best plan your trip below, but please do get in touch with us and feel free to ask any questions if you don't see the information you need below.

Our Properties

High Tide Lodge

High Tide is a two bedroom lodge all on one level, with a main living area and two bedrooms are located at each end of the open plan living area and each of the bedrooms has an en suite.

Arriving at High Tide you will drive up to the lodge and park next to the property on a gravel surface.  There is a ramp which you can drive right up to.  The ramp is a gentle gradient up to the front door. The front door opens into an open plan living area incorporating kitchen, living area and dining area.  The space is open and free of clutter to aid manoeuvring around.  

Sea Glass Lodge

Sea Glass is a two bedroom lodge all on one level, with a main living area and two bedrooms are located at each end of the open plan living area and each of the bedrooms has an en suite.

Arriving at Sea Glass you will drive up to the lodge and park next to the property on a gravel surface.  There is a ramp which you can drive right up to.  The ramp is a gentle gradient up to the front door. The front door opens into an open plan living area incorporating kitchen, living area and dining area.  The space is open and free of clutter to aid manoeuvring around.  

Galloway View Lodge

Galloway View is a two bedroom lodge all on one level, with a main living area and two bedrooms are located at each end of the open plan living area and each of the bedrooms has an en suite.

Arriving at Sea Glass you will drive up to the lodge and park next to the property on a gravel surface.  There is a ramp which you can drive right up to.  The ramp is a gentle gradient up to the front door. The front door opens into an open plan living area incorporating kitchen, living area and dining area.  The space is open and free of clutter to aid manoeuvring around.  

Fleet View Cottage

Fleet View is a three bedroom cottage all on one level, with a main living area incorporating a kitchen, dining room and living room.  There are three bedrooms (one with en suite shower room) accessed down a short corridor and a family bathroom. There is a utility area as you enter the property.  You enter the property via the front door which has a small step into a utility room area on your right and a kitchen to your left.  From there you enter the living room and dining room via an open arch.  The areas are open plan and uncluttered and there is a laminate floor throughout. 

Arriving at Fleet View you will drive in to the contained parking area where there is space for three cars. The car can be driven to the door to allow for minimal walking from car to property. There are patio doors onto the deck from the living room and a bedroom. The deck is made up of slabs with gravel beyond and there is a small lip on the door to exit but no step. 

Snugs:  Jack's Hideaway, Annabelle's Den & Beth's Bothy

These three Snugs are suited to one or two people.  They are compact lodges and may be suitable to those with limited mobility but not suitable for wheelchairs due to tight spaces. 

Arriving at the Snugs, parking is on a gravel surface and there is paved decking at the property entrance a few metres from the car parking area. Each Snug has it's own separate entrance and car parking area which are all the same. 

Each Snug has one step up from the paved deck to the property via a glass door and all the Snug are laminate flooring throughout. Annabelle's Den has an open plan layout with living, dining, kitchen and bedroom in the one space and the other two; Jack's Hideaway and Beth's Bothy, have an open plan living dining and kitchen area and separate bedrooms accessed via a standard width door. The shower rooms for each property are located off the bedroom/bed area and to the other side of the bed there are patio doors onto the front entrance deck, where the hot tub is located.

Disdow House

Disdow House has been fully renovated and is well suited to those with limited mobility and should be suitable for those with a wheelchair.  The property is located in its own grounds and guests can drive right up to the ramp leading into the utility room door into the property. The external utility room door is 88cm wide and the door from the utility room to the main living area is 80cm wide.  The flooring throughout the ground floor is tiled with a tile that has some texture to it and the ground floor is kept clear of unnecessary addition and clutter therefore less trip hazards. 

There is a ground floor wet room which is off the main living area, the door to which is 80cm wide.  The wet room has a roll in shower that is 90cm wide and the controls on the shower are 132cm high.  The light switch to the bedroom and wet room on the ground floor are both 110cm high. 

The ground floor bedroom has a 80cm wide door from the main living area and space to manoeuvre in the room and down one side of the bed. The floor is carpeted in this room.

The kitchen has a clearance of a minimum 93cm around the large kitchen island. There are patio doors onto a paved deck, with a small lip on the door in between, approx 5cm. The deck is sizeable and has outdoor seating area.  The remainder of the outdoor space is laid to grass with exception of the front of the house and track up to the entry gates.
